Is There a Limit on the Total Number of Coupons I Can Order?
The total number of coupons you can order is equal to the value listed in your welcome letter or email from JustGreen Lifestyle. We do have a limit of five on any one specific coupon. We do this so that all members have equal opportunity to enjoy the savings our coupons have to offer.

Do I have to use the full value of my Redemption Code on one Order?
The maximum amount of coupon value you can order at any single checkout is $20. You are entitled to make 5 $20 redemptions per 30 day cycle. Once you make those 5 redemptions, you won't be able to come on the system until your new cycle begins. Your first 30 day cycle begins when you order your first set of coupons by clicking "checkout" in the orange box on the "checkout page". For example, if your 1st order is April 7th, you can order 4 more times by May 6. On May 7th, your next 30 day cycle begins, and you can order another 5 times by June 6th and so forth. You are not required to select all $20 per redemption, although that is encouraged . You will still be able to select all $1000 in coupons provided you do select them all in your membership year that starts from your first actual redemption (your first order). The maximum of $20 per redemption will still apply.

Is there an expiration date on my redemption code?
Your membership lasts for one year starting from the time you place your first order (redemption) or when you have ordered the full value of your redemption code in coupons, whichever comes first.

The site will keep track and show you how many dollars are left to use for each $20 redemption. If you make a mistake selecting your coupons, just re-enter the number of coupons you really want, and then click "save changes". The site will re-tabulate how many dollars you have left on your $20 redemption and show you the new tabulation at the top of the screen, and underneath the item you just added to the cart. As you switch categories by clicking on "select a category", under "Browse" to your upper left, the computer  will bring over your usage figures and keep track of your use from category to category.
3. Check out. When you are finished, scroll to the top of the page and click "click to checkout". Please note, once you click "checkout" in the orange box, after you have completed your personal information, whatever amount of coupons you have selected, that will be what you get in the mail, and will constitute 1 redemption in that 30 day cycle even if the amount of coupons is short of the $20 maximum. We encourage you to use select all $20 in coupons you are entitled to per redemption.
4. Your actual manufacturer coupons are delivered to your doorstep in just a couple of days.
5. Take them to the store and save!

When Do the Grocery Coupons Expire?
The grocery coupons expire at varying times, based on the manufacturers who provide them. As you browse through the coupons, we will show you when each coupon expires so you know this before you complete your order and receive your coupons. We're refreshing the coupons and adding new ones all the time.

How Long Does it Take to Receive the Coupons?
Typically, it takes us about 24 hours to process, clip, and ship your order. From there, depending on where you're located, your coupons should arrive in 4-6 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

What if the Coupons Arrive and Have Already Expired?
 That should never happen. As you browse through the coupons, we tell you when each coupon expires so that you know before you complete your order and receive your coupons.
